1.The Visionary Company
Their goals and aspirations are so big! They love to motivate their staff and constantly remind them of the company’s vision and mission.
Two months in this company and you’ve already learnt how to motivate people. The company focuses on growth and feels like the best way to make their employees work is to always motivate them. When the employees will rather be motivated with money
2. The ‘Family Business’ Company
Job titles are just for fancy in this company, because you will do the job of 10 people at once, and they will always compensate you with “we’re one family here”…Bombastic side eye ooo. Once you hear this, it is definitely your cue to dust your slippers and run.
You get so used to hearing the “We’re one family” talk and the plates of rice and stew they give you once once, that you even feel somehow to ask for your salary after being owed for some months.

3. The ‘Micromanagement Madness’ company
In this company, your boss wants to know everything going on with you, your life, your schedules, even when you kiss someone, you must document it.
They’ll ask for hourly updates, daily updates, weekly updates and monthly presentation just to make sure you’re doing your job.
You spend most of your time writing reports and doing presentations that you even forget to do your actual work.
4. The Mystery Company
Nobody really knows what goes on this company, you cannot pinpoint the exact thing they do in this company. They’re always hiring for roles, but honestly, nobody knows what they do.
You rarely randomly meet people working in this organization and it’s very scary.
They really don’t do too much.
5. The Corporate giants
This company has like 5 thousand floors, 500 departments and so many rules and regulations. Staff of these companies always feel like the best thing after puff puff.
They have a luxurious staff bus, office canteen with meal vouchers, and so many other luxuries. To get ordinary stapler you’ll need to write 5 letters and sit through 10 board meetings.
The employees have a distinction in looking very busy without doing anything, but at the end of the day, they reach their KPIs.
