Don’t you already feel nostalgic just by seeing the title of this piece?
I’m flinging us all back to when these shows rocked Cartoon Network and they were all we wanted to watch. Many of us got into trouble by ignoring chores or forgetting errands, all because we were so glued to our TV screens.
Let’s throw it back to these bad boys
1. Adventure Time (2010-2018)
Finn battles evil in the Land of Ooo. Assisted by his magical dog, Jake, Finn roams the Land of Ooo, being a superhero, righting wrongs and battling evil. Usually that evil comes in the form of the Ice King, who is in search of a wife.
2. Powerpuff girls (1998-2005)
Blossom, Bubbles and Buttercup have many adventures while protecting the world from mad scientists, bank robbers and aliens.
3. Samurai Jack (2001-2017)
The evil shape-shifting wizard Aku sends the young samurai Jack into a dystopian future, he must find a portal back to his own time to undo Aku’s destruction and defeat him. Lets not lie, Samurai an spec that time she…lool
4. Courage the cowardly dog (1999-2022)
Loyal Courage and it’s owners, Eustace and Muriel, were always threatened by supernatural forces. He defended them with his life each time.
5. Steven Universe (2013-2019)
Steven, a young boy, inherits a magical gemstone from his mother. He tries to figure out the secrets and spends his days in Beach City with the other Crystal Gems.
6. Dexter’s Laboratory (1996-2003)
Dexter was always busy in his secret laboratory. His Big sister, Dee Dee constantly disturbs his experiments. However, his bigger nemesis is Mandark, his brilliant rival at Huber Elementary School.
7. Ben 10 (2005-2008)
Growing up, we all wanted to imitate the Ten-year-old Ben Tennyson, who fought the evil, suing his mysterious device, the Omnitrix. The device allows him to transform into ten different alien forms replete with unique superpowers.
8. SpongeBob SquarePants (Cartoon)
A yellow sea sponge named SpongeBob SquarePants, who enjoys being a cook at Krusty Krab, lives in the Pacific Ocean. He embarks on various adventures with his friends at Bikini Bottom.
9. Johnny Bravo (Cartoon)
Johnny Bravo’s confidence should be studied. He’s certain all women drool over him. His full hair and tight black clothes always did the magic.
10. Scooby Doo (Cartoon)
Scooby-Doo is an American multimedia franchise owned by Warner Bros. Discovery and created in 1969 by writers Joe Ruby and Ken Spears through their animated series, Scooby-Doo, Where Are You!, for Hanna-Barbera.
