Jagun Jagun Sequel?

Hey there, guess what? Femi Adebayo spilled the beans about a ‘Jagun Jagun’ sequel, and it’s got us all excited! During an exclusive chat with TVC, he dished on everything.

First off, he tackled the burning question about the sequel. Turns out, that mysterious last scene where Ibrahim Chatta calls out “Ogundiji” not once, but twice, holds the key. In Yoruba tradition, you can’t ignore that third call, and Femi said, “The coming of Ibrahim Chatta will automatically give birth to, of course, a sequel.” Can’t wait for that!

But it’s not just about the sequel hype. Femi Adebayo also dropped some wisdom on us. He wants a youth awakening in Nigeria, and ‘Jagun Jagun’ is all about that. He said, “What inspired Jagun Jagun is the participation of youths in the society.” Don’t let yourself be used as an instrument of destruction, guys!

And there’s more! Femi’s got big dreams of showcasing Yoruba culture to the world. He said, “I thought of passing it in a very unique way and at the same time wanting to sell the beauty of the Yoruba culture to the world.” That’s some real cultural pride right there.

Oh, and did I mention there’s a documentary in the works? Get ready to dive deep into the making of ‘Jagun Jagun,’ with behind-the-scenes scoop on Lateef Adedimeji’s amazing performance, body doubles, and the epic soundtrack. It’s going to be epic! ? #JagunJagunSequelComingSoon
