Good Girl Still Dey Pay

Good girl don dey pay ooo. My sisters in the lord, I say make i drop update. By now, y’all are very much aware of Nigerians’ benevolence towards Debbie, Nigeria’s luckiest woman.

So a little back story incase you missed it. Debbie (Mummy Zee) had gone on social Media to reveal that she took it upon herself to wake at 4:50 am daily to cook for her husband, after he had hinted of a female co-worker’s unsolicited kindness towards him.

Many rebuked her controversial statement, said it was all cap and that it could never be them. Someone went and dug up her old tweets and saw that Debbie had asked for a fridge for Christmas giveaway. It was also discovered that majority of her previous tweets were prayers for a better life.

After she suffered severe backlash, and calling her husband poor, she got gifted 500K and came back to show gratitude.

This prompted netizens to show her more support. Additionally, Debbie successfully turned around the narrative that true love without money does not exist. In her case, she and her husband are graduates and have been striving for a better life.

Not only has Mummy Zee enjoyed the benevolence of Nigerians, top companies have also donated generously to her both in cash and gadgets.

As I write, her donation might be running into a

north of #10 Million. Now the mantra is “I will cook, I will cook. I will cook oo, I will cook. If I don’t cook…” well, you know the rest.

Debbie has been tagged the luckiest woman in Nigeria right now and is now the poster girl for the “Good Girls” community.

If you’ve been a good girl and are on the verge of giving up, this is your sign to hold on a little bit more.

Your Time is coming! Good Girl still Dey pay! No gree for anybody ooo!!!
