Nigerian Musicians That Should Consider An Alternative Hustle

The Nigerian music industry is full of undisputable talents. Ranging from Singers to vocalists, rappers, songwriters, producers, disc jockeys, and the like.

As much as we have many of those, there are still those who do not have what it takes to thrive in this industry. The list below provides the names of a few musicians who should consider an alternative side hustle. Number 4 will shock you.

1. SKALES

Raoul John Njeng-Njeng, professionally known as Skales is a Nigerian musician and he has been in the industry for quite a while.

He used to be signed to Empire Mates Entertainment alongside Wizkid before he left a couple of years ago. Skales has been consistent in the Industry, but the real problem with Skales is that he lacks talent. We think that he should try and venture into some other craft.

2. D’PRINCE

Charles Enebeli popularly known as D’Prince is the younger brother to music mogul, and label boss, Don Jazzy. He used to be under Mo’s hits record before his brother started his record label.

Mavin Records has a subsidiary label called Jonzing World, headed by D’Prince. D’Prince was the one who discovered Rema. We feel he should focus his energy on his label and quit singing.

3. KOKER

Olayiwola Olabanji Kokumo, professionally known as Koker, used to be signed to Chocolate City Entertainment but currently owns his record label. Koker needs to figure out exactly what he wants to do and that’s definately not music.

4. MR. P

Peter Okoye, professionally known as Mr. P is one of the defunct P-Square brothers. When they were still together, we used to think that both of them were exceptionally talented singers.

But after their split,  it became clear who the more talented one is. Mr. P could consider dancing on the side.

5. WALE TURNER
