The iconic day is finally here! And for us fashion lovers, the Ojude Oba festival is nothing short of a style paradise.
We are talking high-level Yoruba culture in full display, traditional fashion that ate & left no crumbs, Aso Oke & blends of vibrant colours that slapped, and horses so elegant, even their trot had us gasping for air. Honestly, the steeze was steezing, and we just couldn’t keep the drip to ourselves because “no be only us go see this!”
So, let’s play our favorite Ojude Oba game: “Who Made the Fit?!” because our eyes were wide open, and we clocked every detail.
So, here are our top 5 steeze kings and queens that gave what they were supposed to give and more…
1. Farooq ‘Faq’ Oreagba – The King of Steeze
At this point, he’s not just a man – he’s a walking fashion icon.
Omo, let’s not lie, we were all looking out for him, and as usual, the King of Ojude Oba Drip showed up (again!) and did not disappoint.
Farooq’s presence alone could cause a traffic jam. The agbada? Majestic. His swagger is sha Untouchable.

2. Omooba Adesile – Legacy in motion
The princess came with poise, confidence, and goddess energy.
From the traditional fit to her composure, Omooba didn’t just come to represent, she reigned.
If elegance was a person, it would definitely be her.

3. Akin Faminu – For The Culture
Even as a first-timer at Ojude Oba, Akin came like he owned the place. The fashion influencer and style doctor didn’t come to play.
He came to conquer, and the pictures are proof.

4. Tomike Adeoye – Olori Ebi Omo Ologo
Repping hard as Heaven’s finest daughter, Tomike didn’t just attend Ojude Oba – she ministered top-tier style with her green and gold ensemble that had us screaming “God abeg!” in awe.
The look? Simply Haute & Divine. Her aura is giving 100 minus nothing. That blend of royalty and radiance? Chef’s kiss!

If heaven had an Aso Oke committee, Tomike would be the president, no doubts.
5. Niyi Fagbemi – The Photographer That Ate… and Left No Breadcrumbs
Not just behind the camera this time, Niyi gave us a full-course fashion meal. He paired effortlessly with Akin, but also stood out on his own – proving that creatives can slay too & we loveeeee eeeeeett.
