We’re calling out some girls with bad behavior
Rema and Ayra Starr sang “Who’s Dat Girl?”
And suddenly, you’ve been walking around like the main character in everyone’s life. Dey play, my fans.
You with your bad character, average looks, and mouth louder than your moral compass have been using that song like it’s your personal anthem. Sis, it’s not.
You’re not that girl.
Delusion Isn’t the Solulu
You post “soft life only” on your story, but you’ve been owing your tailor since February and we’re in November. You act like you’re misunderstood, but really, you’re just rude. You ghost people without explanation, and when confronted, you’ll say “It’s not that deep.” E reach! It’s deep abeg.
You think being unavailable makes you desirable. News flash my sister, it makes you unreliable.
Being “that girl” isn’t about aesthetics or Snapchat filters, it’s about character, consistency, and smelling nice (yes, hygiene is part of it).
Not a Being a Hater, Just a Reality Check
This isn’t about the song. It’s about the girls who think they are the muse, rara o, you’re the meme. And we’re tired.
You can’t be mean, rude, and unreliable, then turn around and be disturbing our ears with “I’m dat girl.”
Because at this point, you’re not “that girl,”
You’re just that problem.
