8. Fruit Diet

Fruits are low in calories, high in vitamins. It is also linked to lower body weight, and lower risks of diabetes, blood pressure, cancer. Such frits include grapes, berries, apples, oranges, passion fruit, kiwi, melon, bananas and so on.

9. Apple Cider Vinegar

Did you know that adding one or two tablespoons of Apple cider vinegar to your diet van help you lose weight? It also reduces body fats, belly fat and decrease your blood triglycerides.

10. Having a good night sleep
