2. Tenant Must Not Be a Single Woman

As a single woman, you either you have a husband and he’s not around or you bring a man to stand in for you.
The thought of it alone is so laughable!
3. You Must Pay 2 Years Rent Upfront
Oga landlord, the rent is ₦5 million, and you expect a “responsible civil servant” to pay for 2 years upfront?
No be juju be that?!
What person doing a regular 9-5 can afford to pay 2 years rent upfront in this Tinubu’s regime?! Omo all these landlords and agents need to fear God ooo.
4. Tenant Must be Someone Responsible
Wait ooo, so responsible tenant with verifiable income should pay ₦10 million for a 2-bedroom flat?
Agent, abeg, how much for irresponsible tenant? talk fast fast!
5. Rent is 8M, Agent Fee is 2M
Sorry ooo, is the agent paying for one room in the house?

6. Landlord Wants Only Bankers or Doctors
This one will just make you start thinking about your life, and how you should have just studied Banking and finance when your daddy was forcing you that time.
