The weekend is for you. Work will find you on Monday.

2. Take a Proper Shower

Bring out that exfoliating scrub. Scrub away stress, bad energy, and that one annoying email from Tuesday.

Step out fresh from the bathroom like a new human.

3. Step Out Small

You don’t need a full plan.

Just go outside.
Buy something nice.
Touch grass.

Because life is not only indoors

4. Do Absolutely Nothing

Yes, nothing.

No pressure. No guilt.
Just rest like someone that deserves peace.

Because you actually do.

5. Talk to Your People

Call that friend.
Gist small. Laugh small.

Because soft life is not complete without good company.
